What makes CrossFit Movement Lab special?
Every single person is powerful. When powerful individuals put effort into a common cause, their power is increased in incredible ways. This is why your close friend supporting you during a tough moment can be the last piece needed to overcome that tough moment. This is why groups volunteering for a worthwhile cause can make such huge impacts in society.
At Movement Lab we want to leverage that fact by giving back to the community. So, in addition to your friend helping get you through that last tough minute of a workout (which is a regular occurrence, just ask any athlete) We plan monthly (or quarterly, depending on size and planning requirements) community involvement projects where we, as a group, give our time and resources to help encourage positive growth in the community of Edmonton.

At CrossFit Movement Lab we use a scientific method is to assess and address your fitness goals. We Identify and measure; define the desired changes; and make changes accordingly.
At the Lab we believe in working both HARD and SMART. Simply doing an excess of something hard doesn’t necessarily equal the results desired. At CrossFit Movement Lab the coaches are your guides to encourage you to work hard AND to address the small details that make the biggest and most rewarding changes. We commit to helping you listen to, and understand more, the signals your body sends when positive adaptation is happening.
At the Lab we have class caps, we individualize and scale programming, and constantly communicate with you so that you continue to progress, meet your goals, and enjoy the process.
